Biography

Angelos Poulis, born in Athens/Greece, is an Actor, Parkour athlete and film maker. He is considered to be one of the Greek Parkour pioneers. Angelos is the founder of the first official Greek Parkour team N.S.A (No Strings Attached) which was formed in 2007.He discovered Parkour in 2006 while watching the French movie “Banlieue 13″,starring David Belle, the founder of Parkour.

Angelos became known in Greece by his videos on YouTube which spread on the internet and also through his work on TV commercials as a stuntman and with many leading actor/character for companies such as Peugeot, Vodafone, Cosmote, Nescafe to name a few. He has also had leading roles in movies, music video clips and performances for several live TV shows, events, happenings. Furthermore he has been hosting the biggest free running event in the world “Red Bull Art of Motion / Santorini” 3 years in a row (as the Greek host) alongside of famous American event hosts, such as Andy Bell and Travis Wong, from L.A.

Some of the “rules” he follows, lives by and passes on are:

Trust yourself.
Do not be afraid to fail- be afraid not to try.
Don’t believe the naysayers, work like hell, break the rules and think outside of the box.
Always give something back, and be able to, at any moment, to sacrifice what you are for what you will become.
